Nursing Home Job Brief:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at the Nursing Home. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents. Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with their daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

• Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.

• Administer medications as instructed by healthcare professionals.

• Assist with meal preparation and feeding.

• Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents.

• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of residents.

• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.


Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

•NVQ certification preferred.

• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Compassionate and patient nature.

• Ability to work well within a team.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
